Can you still see the sunny side of things when a lot of problems are bugging you? Do you still feel enthusiastic with all the rising costs of basic commodities and the price of gasoline.
We have to be optimistic! I want to share with you this modified version of the Optimist's Creed written by Christian Larson and modified by Rhonda Byrne, author of the THE SECRET.
The Optimist's Creed
I promise myself....
To be so strong that nothing can disturb my peace of mind.
To talk health, happiness, and prosperity to every person I meet.
To make all my friends feel that there is something worthwhile in them.
To look at the sunny side of everything and make my optimism come true
To think only of the best, to work only for the best, and to expect only the best
To be just as enthusiastic about the success of others as I am about my own.
To forget the mistakes of the past, and press on to the greater achievements of the future.
To wear a cheerful expression at all times and give a smile to every living creature I meet
To give so much time to improving myself that I have no time to criticize others.
To be too large for worry, too noble for anger, too strong for fear, and too happy to permit the presence of trouble.
To think well of myself and to proclaim this fact to the world, not in loud words, but in great deeds.
To live in the faith that the whole world is on my side, as long as I am true to the best that is in me.
Does this creed have any impact to you? Please share your thoughts...

I have to admit that I do have my moments when everything comes crashing down on me and I just want to kick and scream like a small child. It usually never lasts to long and I then pick myself up, dust myself off and start again. I would say that I am an optimist and I can usually find the good in just about everything. The words to this Creed will now be pasted above my computer so that I can look up and see it every day while I work. Thank-you for sharing.
The strange thing about your letter is I just saw the movie "The Secret" for the first time yesterday and it totally inspired me. I've always believed in my heart that everything is connected and that we are in charge of our own destiny but I wasn't sure how to make it happen. Now I have a path to follow and I'm praying my journey doesn't take to long.

Hi, I haven't seen the whole movie yet, just some snap shots of it. But I have read the book on which it was based. REally great book, totally inspired me too. REminds me of Paulo Coelho's book which says that, if you really want something in your heart, the world will conspire in your favor! Have you checked the website of The SEcret? You can sign up for free scrolls everyday and you could also share there your secret success stories. Keep it up, and stay positive dear.
