That's good, seeing your son do his share on household chores is really a wonderful trait he possess.
I am like that to when I was still young, because my father worked overseas and I'm the eldest of three. I learned cooking at a very young age, then my father would teach me whenever he comes back here for a work vacation. right now, it's him or me doing the cooking here. I already got used to it, I am happy to serve my family and nourish them with every food I cook/serve.

I'm the one who cooks and has always cooked in the house. But, my husband once joked that he doesn't want to depend on his wife forever for the most essential thing in life--cooking! So, he's gone and learnt a few recipes and I must admit he makes them rather well. He cooks mutton curry, chicken curry and pomfret fillet rather well. But, if I'm around, he happily hands over the stuff to me to cook. If we are having guests over for a meal, it's always I who cooks.

There is just myself, my wife, and my father whom I care forliving here. My wife works 12 hours a day 6 days a wekk and I stay hom tending to dads needs etc all the time. She fixes breakfast each morning. I am the one that cooks/fixes li=unches and dinners for dad and I. Saturdays she is home till late afternoon and we usually get something from a restaraunt to eat for us all or if my dauh=ghter is over we eat out. Then Saturdays dinner is my responsibility. Then Sundays it varies as I do a lot of dishes that she prefers and makes me fix and I do the BQing as well.
HAPPY POSTINGS FROM GRANDPA BOB !!~

My husband and I take turns. There are days where he wants to make something special. Other days I may throw something together quickly. We have even started letting our almost 5 year old daughter pitch in. It can turn into a real family event.

Between my mother and me. Most of the time though we all just get whatever to eat. Something quick. Mainly the reason is because we are all on different eating schedules. Also it is hard to cook something that everyone will like. Especially for me, I am the picky eater in the family. My sister knows how to cook a little but she barely ever cooks. I cook the breakfast mostly, although a lot of times we eat just cereal. My mom usually takes care of the dinner if we are going to cook dinner. Sometimes at dinner me and mom will just cook it together.

In our house my husband and I both do the cooking. He used to do it all because he enjoys it, but now that I'm home with the kids I've taken over a lot of it. I like to cook things like chicken and roasts, but anything complicated is where he is in his element.

I do all the cooking at home since my kids are still small. I enjoyed cooking if I' not in a hurry. I can make dishes that my kids really like at night so that in the morning, I will not be rushing. My husband seldom help is cooking except when there is an occasion and I need his help.
I like cooking and I love to do it.

I usually do the cooking at home. My husband has 0% knowledge about cooking and my girls are 4 yr olds. so they need some more time to learn.
