basically,i keep smiling all the time.i'm a person fond of smile. The power of a smile is great. It is far reaching and penetrates everything. It turns unhappiness into good cheer, enforces friendship and kindly feeling. People feel comfortable when they are welcomed with a smile. Smiling alone can reduce lot of hardships.
Let a smile become a part of your face — it will do wonders for you. Smile is an art. As Chanakya, said "what you can do with a smile, why use a sword?" by the way,Princess Diana's chief asset was her smile.

Personally and in normal conditions, I always wear a smile especially when I'm in the workplace. I believe that it costs nothing to smile at people or acquaintances you know and work with; instead you gain much. People would view you as an amiable person and therefore, they are able to approach you easily. In the process of doing so, you gain more friends. If you're lucky enough, you could enjoy a lasting and true friendship.
And who doesn't know the value of having more true friends?! They can help you in times of trouble, share with you the aches and happiness in life, be your mother, sister, and friend. And they could be your best confidante, too. Then, you could repay them by doing the same.
A lot of people have commented that they think that I don't have problems because I always have a ready smile. Even if it isn't always the case, it's better to have a happy disposition. Not to mention that smiling is healthier than frowning.
