I would rather go to juice because it's much more healthy compared to the softdrinks..:)But I would drink soft drinks once inawhile if I feel like it.. I must try to avoid or my UTI will hurt again..

Fruit juice! Aside from the refreshing feeling it gives, it also contains numerous vitamins that will make us healthy unlike softdrinks that gives as nothing but adipose tissues and high cholesterol levels.

if you are the health consious person,then juice.Anyways in general limimting coke to once a month and havin juice each day is best
