Do you prefer WYSIWYG or raw text?
I prefer raw text editor the most.
I don't like WYSIWYG cause sometime it produce invalid HTML.

I prefer raw text HTML editing to WYSIWYG editing. The WYSIWYG editors have a habit of creating odd HTML code, and once it is set, it becomes hard to change. Also, trying to coax the editor to change a tag slightly to fit your needs becomes slightly annoying over time. I prefer raw text editing because of the control it allows you. You can edit just one little section without worrying about messing up the format of the rest of your page, or you can complete overhaul with almost no hassle... That's just my opinion though.

WYSIWYG is handy to be able to get out a mistake before you upload. If you have a website that is live and is getting traffic that can prove to be beneficial.
However simple tags can just as easily be written quickly in a Notepad and that saves time in opening a wysiwyg application. Anyway if you have a good wysiwyg editor it will be able to validate your html and correct it.

I prefer writing my own html tags instead of using What-you-see-is-what-you-get editor. I want my code to be readable each time I check it. Right now, I'm using Cascading Style Sheets for my web pages and writing my own code makes my pages more configurable. There's also a time when I used a special html editor and found out duplicated codes in html. Duplicated codes make my page to load longer.
