I dont think crying is the natural reflection of our bodies because there are sad times when people do not cry. would you say that its because their bodies dont work properly. of course not. Its because they do not have an emotional attatchment to the situation. there are times when i feel very deep sorrow because of certain stuations however i do not cry because there is no deep emotional connection. i only feel sympathy not a deep emotional connection where i can really relate to the situation. therefore i think that crying is emotional not a natural reflection

People cry and weep for many different reasons. Sadness, hurt feelings, pain, morning, and even for being happy. Sometimes things just touch people in an emotional way and they will cry.

From my point of view not all the time we cry or weep is due to sadness. There are also times that it happens when we are very happy. Because I think crying is a result of a uncontrolled overwhelming emotion. I myself can't control my tears when I feel so much happiness, or even sadness and sometimes even when I am really mad at something.

I think some times you just need to cry. Sometimes you cry out of happiness. Just because you cry does not mean you are sad. I think people ten to cry when they are stressed or angry hurt most often

I think it's like a release valve! And is usually natural if we are deeply hurt.. or even if we watch a very sad movie.. (or hear a very bad news report).

Some people are more emotional than others are. Some also cry when extremely happy as well as when they are in pain or have hurt feeling. Cry is a stress relief valve too. I will often cry when I hear some songs and for some sad stories or movies.

Yea, it is nature and best way to release bad feelings and energies. It is like making oneself feel better after weeping otherwise, the hatred, sadness and pain is still there once we will not allow it to go away!

Hi as2006! I cry or weep because of sadness, sometimes because I am overwhelmed with problems. There are times that I cry when I feel so much pity on people who are in bad need of help and then I can't help them at the same time. I cry when I am grieving too. And there are those times that I cry when I hear some good news that have I have been waiting for it for so long or when I felt so much joy which I can't contain in my heart.

Hi as2006,
Yes, in my opinion weeping and crying is a natural reflections of our body and every one has to undergo this process at some time in their life. The only difference is that some people will supress this reflection, but medically speaking supressing this reflection is not good for health.
Good Luck.

I believe it is an emotional reaction, I also am a firm believer in mother nature and as I have read the tears have been proven to kill bacteria in a big way, maybe just maybe those tears are meant to help us heal, a gift from mother nature...
