my home wouldn't be my home without my cat in it b y my side everyday. I wouldn't want stray cats in the house but this is my cats home aswell as mine.

My cat has always been an indoor cat. From day 1. Literally born in a barn, but does not go outside free at all. She is declawed on her back claws. We have had her for 13 years. I am all for people needing a liscence for their pets (cats or dogs, or whatever) if you are gonna let them run wild. And when they go do their business on someone's lawn or patio, the owner should be right behind them to clean it up. Actually, in that case, they wouldn't wvwn be in other people's yards, even better!...And that would be good. Same rules should apply to cats as to dogs, in my humble opinion...If your cats are stinkin' and full of deseases and fleas, etc...they are not looked after properly and that is almost animal cruelty...

My pets all live in the house, or I don't think they'd be considered pets. None of them stink, unless I've neglected to care for them, and that's no one's fault but mine. They're well kept, get checked out by the vet regularly, and they're probably healthier and less diseased than a lot of humans, if you know what I mean. :)
I don't let stray animals in the house, however, because I don't know what they've got goin' on. :) Mine are on a monthly wormer so I don't have to worry about them bringing in any parasites, but I'm pretty sure most strays aren't 'clean'.
