Are you making a baby quilt for someone?

Baby Quilt - This baby quilt is done with simple 6 1/2-inch squares in a pattern that repeats itself "backwards". The colors aren't the typical pastels, but instead, bold colors that draw the eye.

Spring always seems to be the time I'm sewing baby quilts for friends and family. Is anyone else working on a baby quilt right now? The one I'm currently working on (it just needs binding) is pictured here. I'd love to see pictures of the ones you're working on!

I haven't decided yet...LOL. I bought a bunch of already cut squares. Originally IO was thinking of doing up a bunch of crib sized quilts to sell but not all the squares are quite right for a baby. I might just make several adult size ones instead. I still have several more packages on the way so I'll figure it out once I have them all in front of me.

That quilt in the picture is beautiful, I love the colours, I have been involved in many crafts over the years unfortunately none of them were with a sewing machine, I have never been good with a sewing machine, you have done a lovely job...well done

Triangles Baby quilt - Baby quilt i made for a cousin.
I'm currently just finishing up a baby quilt. It's one of the "frayed" quilts but I havent been very happy with it, so I wont be giving it as a gift to anyone. I'll take a picture tonight and post it. I also just finished up a Triangle patterned baby quilt. I have a photo of it before it was completed. I added a white then a purple boarder and a pink/purple/white heart backing to what is shown in the picture. (hoping it works!) I made it as a gift for cousin and her first baby.
