permanent false teeth?

can you get like a whole set of permanent false teeth? I have problems with my teeth and most of my teeth used for chewing food are rotten already, others are removed. so whenever i eat it really takes me a hard time coz it's really hard to chew my food. And if there are set of false teeth thus having one would cost me a lot?

Yes they are very, very expensive. And don't forget that they don't last forever either. At some point you'll need to get the ones that are wearing low replaced. A set of dentures is probably your best bet at this point. They don't cost as much and will make you look like a movie star if they are made properly.
