Where do you find all your referrals?

I really want to refer more people because I enjoy myLot quite a bit (and the 25% I'd get from what they earn isn't too bad either), but I really don't like harassing people I know to join things, and I don't think they'd even post so what's the point?
Where do you find your referrals? Friends? Family? Randoms?

I would invite my friends and office mates but right now I haven't got much referral yet but 4. All are inactive LOL! I'm not pushing them. I'm sure once they started posting and getting involved in the discussion, they will like it themselves, and I hope they would be as active as I am, too.
