Do you often workout?

These days i find my health has been in a bad condition.get tied easily,and i usually cant focus attention on one thing.i kown i really need a fitness program.since the day before yesterday
i started to jog every evening at about 8:00 or so.i feel very good after jogging,full of energy.it's really do good to our body's heathy.NOW,what about you,are you in perfect condition all the times or not,and do you often workout or do regular exercise?

I had joined a nice good gym earlier but then discontinued it coz of my health
Anywayz..I still like to workout..Jz the simple Pushups n Crunches n all
But coz of the lazy guy that i am..I rarely follow the routine i think of:(

ya it happens man ...once you are at work ..everything takes a back seat but time is money and health so should utilise it..

I try and workout whenever I can. Last time I worked out was like three to four days ago. I'm thinking of running on my treadmill for a bit later on in the day. I'll probably do like an hour or so. I really like to run because after I do it I do get more energy and I don't feel so tired anymore.

I excersize as much as I can without interrupting my personal and work life. I try getting up at 5 every morning, excersizing, shower, then work. Hours and hours later, I leave work really late, come home, do my house stuff, then excersize right before bed. It's the best way to gain muscles by working right after and before bed (just a little tip) :)
