Have you ever set goals for yourself like for instance owing your own home.And when the time comes others things come in the way of that.I have the money to purchase my house and I also have the chance to start my own business.What to do?

Owning my very own House and Lot is my primary target or priority now. But I think life is getting harder in our place.
But if I have my money is budgeted, I could/would try to spend it in making a Business. From here, if lucky, i could somehow get my money back doubled ;) then time to build my own home :)
