I am thinking about becoming a Ameriplan rep, can anyone share any experiences/knowledge that they have had with/about Ameriplan from either side (REP or Policy holder). I'm trying to determine if they are legit or not before getting invloved. I want to work at home rather it be over the phone or online but I don't want to get scamed or scam other people.

Ameriplan is legit and not a scam.My cousin is an Ameriplan represenative.I started to get into it also, but I could not afford the monthly cost of $50 till I started earning.$50 is not much, but Iam on a fixed income and not living in an inexpensive area.

I wouldn't say it is a scam. I tried it but was unable to get anyone to sign up. I never used the insurance either so can't tell you how that goes but I can tell you when I canceled they were good about it and never over charged me. I would check around with your family and friends to see if they would be willing to sign up for the insurance. If you have some then are then great Ameriplan will work well for you. I do believe it is a good company from everything I found out it just didn't work for me.

How long were you doing it? Why no one ever purchased the discount plan or became a member?
