Different defination of HAPPINESS !

When it comes to HAPPINESS, I would always got different replys, somebody tolde me he was happy but someone not ! So you guy tell me you are HAPPY or ONT & WHY or WHY NOT !

For me, real happiness is being with the one you really love or doing the things you like doing. I feel happy when I am with my girlfriend even if at times we got into quarrels. I also feel happy when I have written another poem or article for my blog. It makes me feel like I have achieved something.
