I was thinking that lojack type tech. might be useful

Why just stop at lojacking? fit them with a mic and camera and you'll even know what they're doing and who they're doing it with! Then if you don't like it you know where they are and can go stop it.

LOL...you're funny....but then thinking about it, it truly would be helpful if a chip could tell you where your child or your dog is.....for children, especially those who can go on their own already, you have the exact info on where they are without asking them and hoping that they are telling the truth....for children, you don't have to worry anymore that they might get lost in theme parks or grocery stores....
