What exercises do you do to burn the most fat or calories at the gym? I usually stick to the elliptical or treadmill myself to burn at least 600 calories an hour. So what have you benn the most successful doing at the gym?
thanks for your responses,

To tell you the truth, it has been proven over and over, that swimming is the best form of excersize. If you lift weights, run a lot, etc. you are building up muscle in a set ammount of places, actually having a chance to increase weight and fat due to imbalances in your body.
Swimming, however, evenly distributes strain through almost all your muscles, leaving you with having burned the most fat in all areas of your body :) Hope this helped

DANG! jeseravi, you took my response! lol. Yes, swimming has been proven over and over again to be the best all-around exercise.
I, too, hope this helps.

The exercise that I do that burns the most calories is probably got to be Tae-Bo. Although, I've kind of been slacking on it lately. When I do it, I can definitely feel the difference.
It also helps build energy, believe it or not. You would think I would be more warn out, but instead when I do the Tae-Bo in the mornings, I seem to be more energetic througout the day.

What I do is simple. I don't eat 3 hours before I go to sleep. The only exception is water but no calories of any kind. No treadmill to where me out. Actually I don't like a treadmill. I rather play basketball. Not eating 3 hours before sleep is easy though to lose fat. You do nothing and it works. You can't beat that.
