What's your favorite pasta dish?

My favorite is lasagna of course but only if it's made with one layer of ricotta, I have many layers of muenster and mozzarella and lasagna strips, but I tried 2 layers of ricotta and it's much better with just one. As far as types of pasta when I'm having spaghetti and meatballs I love long thin, ziti, or rotini. Delicious question, though. LOL

My husband makes an absolutely delicious cheese sauce out of Danish Esrom cheese. The cheese has a very strong taste, and it's definitely somehing the individual has to deveop a taste for, but we both think it's absolutely delicious!!!!

I love lasagna, then pasta with melted cheese and choped red onion on the top. I only like homemade as you camn add what ever you like.

Lasagna with lots of different cheeses. Has to be alot though. My moms has always been my favorite and I have been trying to get her to make it lately!

I love Cheese and also Spaghetti. Also my country spaghetti style (THailand).
