i've been idle for two months already. i haven't had the enthusiasm on finding a job yet. but as summer ends, i am feeling that i really need to find one or have some means of income.
i'm kind of feeling that i need to start a business of my own. but how? do i have to work for the capital or borrow some?
hope i can manage to have a decision before i become a professional slumber.

Do you have an idea of what kind of business you want to start? Some businesses require start up money and, for that, you will need to get a loan. In order to get a loan you have to have a business plan and you may also need a license to operate your business. A friend of mine started a house cleaning company about 15 years ago and the only thing she needed to start working was cleaning supplies. Another friend owns a construction business but he has to have money up front for materials since the customers don't pay in advance.

well, i'm planning to have a convenience store which has a coffee shop or resto bar or something. a place where one one can buy stuffs from the store or hangs out with friends, just chilling out. i am starting to make the business plan and show it to my aunt. i think she could help me with it.

I would much rather own a business, and have conrol over what is going on, than be employed by someone else and have to live by their rules. I know that owning a business is more responsibility, but it's also more control.

yeah...that's what i thought also. it's way better to have your own business. you can do whatever you want for the business, decide for it and enjoy its profits. and there are a lot at risks.
for someone like me, i don't like to be controlled or reprimanded. maybe managing my own business fits me.
the problem is, how do i start?
thanks for the reply.
