At what age does a girl really become mentally mature ?

According to you at what age would a girl can be responsible for herself and begins to take thoughtout decissions.And see's herself as an individual ? OR do boys get their first

I can say that when I was 18, I thought I was mature, but looking back, I definitely was not. I'd say probably in the early 20's. JMO, though.

She becomes mentally mature long after she becomes physically ready. She needs to wait until her mind catches up with her body before making major decisions. Boys definitely mature later than girls do.
