Hi Marcie
I love my coffee. I love it hot, strong and black. I have tried drinking it with sugar and sometimes cream, but I didn't like the taste of it.

I don't usually drink black coffee.
Normally, I have those 3-in-1 commercialized sachets of coffee powder + sugar + creamer. I just pour the content into a cup, add hot water and stir.
But sometimes, I think it is cool to drink it black or I just want to drink it black. Like yesterday, I had a nice cup of cappuccino with nothing else added.
Cheers!

Hi there Marcia!
I don't like black coffee too. I just drink it sometimes when I have a hang over or would like to stay awake.

I'm not overly keen on black coffee, unless it is espresso coffee. There have been times when I have had extra strong black sugarless coffee to get me started for the day. This was when I was working as a waitress at the 2000 Sydney Olympics and I started my shift at 5am!

I don't drink coffee black either, I prefer mine with a little sugar and just a quick dash of cream. The only time I ever drink black coffee is when I would go camping, for some reason it doesn't bother me to drink it that way and it just tastes good. I would rather use real sugar and non-dairy creamer for the most part, it makes it more tasty!

I drink my coffee with half and half and sugar. I can drink it black, or I can drink it with just the half and half, but can't drink it black with just sugar. To me that is like drinking sugar water, just taste like syrup. I only use one spoon of sugar anyway, but my brother will use about a 1/4 cup of sugar in his, my Mother was the same way. I will joke with him, ask him if he wants a little coffee with his sugar.

No, I need sugar and some type of milk, or fake powder creamer stuff, or something in my coffee! The worst is when I would make a pot of coffee at work, wait for it, pour a cup, and then find there was no sugar. I would try to drink it, but not possible! Especially since office coffee is horrible anyway. Yikes!

I take my coffee with sugar and milk.
Real milk, not creamer.
It's so delicious.
Not good for me, sure.
But it's nice to drink once
in a great while.

i have tried it but it is definitely not for me! i love my coffee with cream- lots of it and of course a little sweetener. sometimes black coffee is served so that the drinker will appreciate the coffee's full flavor and aroma, but like you i do not like it as well.
