I was just reading an article on reuters where it has been reported that between 2008 and 2012 the average cost for food will 9% per year. As if prices aren't high enough already they will go up each year for the next four years increasing by nearly 40% more than we are currently paying. I'm honing up the blades on the tiller. It looks like my landscaped lawn will be replaced by neat rows of edibles. How are your going to cope with these increases while gas continues to rise at the same time.

Is it just me or do all these increases sound like signs of another depression?
