How to make your body taller?

My height it 156cm and I want to grow taller even I'm already 24 now. Is anyone of you have a tips?

I don't think you can make yourself taller at your age..
but you could try
swim
stretching
eating the right foods
get lots of calcium and take vitamins daily
correct your posture if its bad.
get enough sleep. you grow the most in your sleep
and t here is surgery you can have done.
they break both your legs (in the shin area) and place braces on while they are healing. then they are gradually pulled apart as the bone grows back together.

I saw this invention from japan, i'm just not sure it works but they were pretty convincing on tv, it just costs a lot, P14,000.00(Philippine currency) probably $300-400, sorry, that's all i can think of coz some medicines don't really work...

it's hard to say but there are a lot of positive things said about it in the internet... but japanese people have a way of making it really convincing so i'm sorry to bring it up when i'm not even sure if it works! i even forgot the name, sorry about that!

First of all, having been working here for sometime, let me tell you that please don't post one line threads as it will not help you in any ways as it is also clearly written in mylot guidelines.Then coming to your topic, once your bones get fused further getting taller may not be possible and bone fusing takes place in difefrent years in each individual they say and maybe with vigorous stretching exercise, you may get 1 inch height i believe.
