Why is this so? It seems to happen each day around this time and if only I could lock the pantry for this time all would be okay! But then that would not work as need to get in there for other times of the day. Does anyone else have this as a must have time of day, mainly something sweet? I try to have some fruit but then I still want to steer towards a sweet thing. Maybe if I did not have anything in the house would I get in the car and take the long trip to the shop just to satisfy my needs!

It does seem to happen around the same time each day mummymo and it is like I need a boost in my sugar levels. (My excuse and I'm sticking to it!) LOL xx

Very sensible - you can't risk letting your blood sugar levels drop too low caramello, very dangerous situation that can lead to! xxx

I was gonna say you're probably infantasizing but I thought I'd better check your profile first. And now that I have, I don't think you are. Anyway, I think that it's interesting. I on the other hand want to take a nap every afternoon at around 5 or six pm. I don't like to succumb to it or else it would be a habit.

I can also fall into the trap of a nap after I have finished with my cravings but with some effort try to avoid this. My reason being the body is telling me something and the tiredness is the result. And unfortunately you are right, it can become a habit.

I think that happens if your daily routine is pretty much the same. I'm glad I have a flexible schedule. Boyfriend is on a weekly shift so my routine is also weekly alternating.

It could be possible for a male to get pregnant!!!!!!!Eagle, Arnie did! I'm glad my cravings are for only a short time of day, I am not sure I could handle them for 23hrs. that WOULD be my worst nighmare (and I certainly have plenty of those!) Nightmares that is!

I also experince that food craving stuff..but in the past I have a hard time finding where to eat in that time coz when I'm on my desk searching for food or restaurants that is still open in theta time no restaurants are shown....but now thanks to my friend she told me that there this one site that has the full detail of some restaurants..."MunchPunch.com" It really helps me a lot finding resto's that are still open at late...

Being behind a desk at these craving times would not be easy but if it was me, I would have my "stash" in my desk drawer. (How desperate am I) Good that your friend has told you somewhere that you can seek and find what you are looking for.
