yeah. i've been there. nothing seems right and it made me depressed a lot. things are not going well with friends, family, money matters, love problems, health problems. like, everywhere i look, there's a problem. how do i deal with it? i indulge myself first on being depressed and sad. i sulk first and think how pathetic life is. after a while, i get tired of the feeling and i would just do my best to forget it and look for solutions. and then i would entertain myself by watching tv, listening to songs, or anything that can make me forget and start being myself again. after i have been able to regain myself, i would face the problems and try to solve it. with flying colors.

They say that we get what we think about. If you are always miserable and critical and complaining and feeling sorry for yourself then that it how your life will be. If you are always looking for a reason to laugh, being kind to others and thankful for what you have and appreciate the beauty around you then you will receive more of the same
Why would anyone continue to always focus on what they don't want???

Yes definitely it happens to everyone. Its a human nature to feel so low when most things doesn't goes well but the good thing with it is we all learn from that and those times makes us stronger.
How do I deal with it is I just let all things come and never forget to pray. I welcome all the possiblities that happening but I still fight with it. If i still fail I sometimes cry but I never let it be the reason for me to stay in that situation. I look for alternative and find time to post,relax,and enjoy.

well right now I have shingles and ibs so am taking it
one day at a time, and pray a lot and try to be
cheerful and relax as stress makes everything worse.'i also try to find the sunshine in all situations and that helps
a lot.be positive in all things.
