Would you sacrifice your happiness for your family sake?

I would do almost anything for my family however I think the way you would need to look at this is by seeing what ever it is you would have to do or sacrafice to make them happy, would it really be the right answer long term because lets face it if you needed for example to sell your home in order to help someone would that be the best thing for everyone in the long run???????? I would do anything I think aslong as the outcome was always going tobe the best for the wider family.

I already did. I sacrifice to not take care of myself just to provide for my family. Its not easy because today, I am not happy. I feel exhausted. For those who did the same this is wrong. You can provide for your family and be happy for your personal self as well , but I am trying to do that now.

For me...I will put my family first before my self...even if that meant sacrificing my own happiness..

I think most of us were willing to sacrifice for the sake of our family since we do love them so much. I myself don't see any reason why not give all the sacrifices for the sake of my family's happiness. Even it means that I will be at tears all my life Im willing to embrace it if it do make my family happy. Besides it is my way of showing them my gratitude for raising me.

I can assure you that your question is not at all foolish. It needs tremendous amount of love and sacrifice to give up ones happiness for the sake of family If ever my happiness was weighed against the well being of my whole family then i would surely give up my source of happiness for my familys sake. Because my happiness is not worth the sadness of my whole family. making my family happy is most important to me and for that i am ready to do anything.
