Some hair loss after childbirth is normal. When you are pregnant, generally hair becomes thicker due to higher hormone levels. After you have the baby, your estrogen levels drop, and can cause you to lose some of your hair. Now, if you are losing big patches, I'd talk to my doctor.

I cut my hair right before I new I was pregnant. My hair grew through the whole pregnancy , recently i've noticed it coming out but not to much to cause worry.

my friends has lost of hair after having a baby.
and its not unnatural. it happens.
Some women experience an increase in hair loss several months after delivering a baby. This is because during pregnancy the hair is shifted into an active growth state that then goes back to baseline soon after delivery. This increased hair loss usually corrects itself.
