I have countless of phones that I have used since I was in Senior HS, when cellphone was already starting to be known at that time. I remember my first ever was the Nokia 8210. It was small and sleek. But too bad I lost it at the gym. I also have Sony Ericsson K610i, which I bought last year of April, I have quite a lot of things with my phone, it was my best phone. I have used it for almost year, and I lost it just last April (great huh?) when I was on my trip. I felt bad. So, what about you? What have you ever lost your phone? =(

I lost my phone at work once so I called it from landline phone & somebody picked it up... Turns out, I left it on sales floor & some old lady found it & she was on her way up to customer service to give it to lost & found... I said, "thank you... by the way, stay there, I wanna thank you in person..." When I got back to work, she wasn't there but one of the girl that works the customer service desk, after telling her the whole story, hands me the phone... She told me that the lady who turned it in comes in all the time to buy plants & stuff so asked her to let me know when she sees her in the store next time... 3 days later, I get a call from customer service desk & she goes, "She's here!" then hangs up... I had no clue what she was talking about then few minutes later, it just dawns on me so I run up to customer service & gave that lady 15% discount on everything she was buying that day... She had no clue who I was

Wow, that was really a nice story there! Very few people would do such like it, like returning someone's phone, at least to my country! Or probably the old lady doesn't have clue on how to use a cellphone and too busy with her gardening.. =D

yeah... And what made me kindda smile was that she actually "answered" my phone... lol... Phone kept ringing & just started pushing button till it answered & started talking to me.... Here I was just trying to call my phone & see if i can hear it going off so I can find it, (ever done that? try to make your phone ring so you can find it?) She turned out to be a very nice lady & funny thing is, she didn't even know 3 days later why she was getting discounts... She turned to me & said, "thank you, young man... I don't know why I'm getting it but it's nice to get it!!! (discounts I gave her)..." I didn't wanna make a big deal so I just told her that's because she was a good customer & not only that, she's a nice lady... Doing the right thing or nice things for others without a shred of wanting something in return, just out of goodness of her heart, it was nice to know there were still people out there like that, even though it was just a cell. phone, just an idea of it was nice...

True! Only few people can do something really nice and not keeping something of what they don't own. And yea, I tried calling my phone several times, but it doesn't work that way. In my country, most people use prepaid for their phones and I'm one of them (it's better that way to keep myself budgeted with calls and text). Once a person lost any valuable things here, especially cellphones, chances are, few people expect to get it back cause the person whoever found it, never gives it back, and rather sell it and earn something from it. Sucks huh? Well I'm glad that someone like the old lady, who has a big heart returned your phone and without expecting anything from you. You were really nice too by giving her discount on everything she was getting. =)

Actually there are some Chinese cellphone brands here, such as the smartphone I am currently using. It's Dopod and I have been used it for more than 3 years old. Its quality is still very good and I am quite satisfied with it. I especially like watching movies and reading books from my cellphone and I won't waste the time.
I love China

I tend to lose every phone I get. I got a new nokia from my husband for christmas and two days later we went to the store and it fell out of my purse somewhere when the kids where throwing it around. I never seen it again. We decided then that it was a better idea if I didnt have a cell phone. LOL I havent had one since.

I've misplaced my phone several times and it always ends up in the one place that I'm like 'Naw my phone would never be there'. I hate that too but in the end I get my phone! I have yet to officially lose my phone, lol.. which will probably happen soon.

Haha. You know, you are a lucky one! Keep track of your phone. But I think it's kind of fun playing hide and seek with your phone, and knowing you will always find it. I hope you'll never lose it. =D

I am pretty careful with my cellphone so I haven't lost one. But I have broken some accidentally. How miserable! One of my friends lost a N73. Probably it was stolen by someone. Yuck
