Just go through this site Hanz, they have got lots of points on how to get a good score at IELTS.
Improve on your English at UK and you can fare well there.
HOW DO I APPLY?
Read through IELTS information for candidates 2007 (PDF 490KB) and our IELTS Cancellation and refuld policy
Check preferred dates, availability of places on those dates and location where the test will take place (see IELTS dates).
Download and complete the IELTS application form (PDF 223KB).
If the test is full on your first choice we will register you for the date of your second choice. You will receive a registration confirmation by email within a week of receipt of your application. If both preferred session dates are full, we will contact you and give you other dates or you can choose to receive a full refund. If you are not sure how to answer one of the questions, please see the Frequently Asked Questions.
Pay the test fee. Relevant test fee and bank details of British Council Brussels can be found below. If you want to sit the test in Luxembourg, contact the test venue in Luxembourg for their bank details; do not pay the British Council.
Post your application form to the centre of your choice, and attach:
(a) two recent identical passport photographs
(b) photocopy of your ID card or passport
(c) your proof of payment

Madless, thanks a lot. I'd already registered IELTS for this coming July. I hope that I can score 7.0 or higher . This is because I am going to further study in New Zealand. the requirement is 7.0 or higher. But I am quite worry if I could not get the score...

You just gonna buy a lot of exercise books and get prepared for the test. That's all I can tell you because I don't know very much about IELTS
