oh yeah walijo. better still to have the chill sitting in front of the tv with the family in a cozy atmosphere after a heavy lunch.

so walijo how the week went by? the time flies you know and another weekend is around. any new plans? with so much heat outside and more so in front of the stove inside the kitchen it is all the more difficult to stay indoors.here the monsoon has not set in but frequent squall and an after shower is keeping life a little comfortable.

Yes, it is the weekend again, my favorite time of the week..lol. Well lately its been so hot here, that we've been eating alot of sandwhiches. I asked my husband if he's getting tired of them, he said no, he don't care what I feed him..lol. Yeah, we had big storm here last night, tornados, damaging winds, hail...it blew so hard that, the wind blew out one of windows in the bedroom, it was scarey. No big plans yet, my sister is getting married in a couple weeks, so that means I need to go try on my dress.I will do that tomorrow...nice talking to ya...have a good weekend

so how these seven days have flown ? any sweet memories of this week. i for one lost my aunt. she was 78 and one of the ladies in the family who used to shower love on all equally. a smiling face is no more amongst us. only the sweet memories..........

Actually I am not dieting, I am just not very hungry recently and I don't eat when I am not hungry. What do you mean fill in the blanks?

yeah the blanks in the tummy. as you rightly predicted and replied that you are not hungry. ok. fine it goes on like that. sometimes even after taking a ful meal you feel like having something extra . a little more of say shakes., icecream or fruit or chocolates.!!!

Well I would relax all days. Nothing like stressful things. So everyday is as usual for me.
