Husband cat rape his wife

Few days ago we had a party and we were talking about a case where a husband raped his wife many times and aslo abused his daughter. Our male friends argued that it was not rape as husband cat rape his wife. The law sais its rape but there was no way to make them thing it was rape. What a twisted way of thinking I think. And this is coming from people that I belive should know better. What do you think?

If thes pople were brought up by their society to be liberal and fair-minded you would expect better of them. If howevere they ere brainwashed in a society which places personal liberties of women and children second to the needs of men, then in their eyes they are doing no harm. It is a sad refelection on the state of affiars in a so-called civilised world where one person wields such power over the fate of another.

They could not even come up with an argument why they felt that way. I am not suprised about 1 of them as he is very strict with his wife and kids but the other 2 I expected more from them.

A spouse CAN rape their partner! No means NO and a marriage certificate DOES NOT make "no" nul and void...its STILL NO...

OMG,this soooo pisses me off. No woman is her husband's property. I strive for two things in life: gay rights and women's rights. I am my huband's equal. If I am not in the mood, respect says that he won't press me. If he does not, he is a jack as$ and a rapist. But furthermore, he views me as his property. i am in no way an equal and I would leave the relationship. A woman who doesn't, needs to know the facts. He doesn't love you. He views you as a servant. Contact me for the facts. cyntrow@aol.com

When I got married I told my husband and his family that there are 2 things that I wont tolerate in my life: cheating and abuse in any shape and form. Lucky for me none of this things have happened to me. But many are not as lucky and my heart goes out to them.

No is NO it doesnt matter if you are married or not. Just because you are married does not mean that you can just get what you want when you want it. Its a person not a vehicle so in my opinon yes even under the covenant of marriage rape can occur.

If a man can do that to his wife I dont even want to think what this person can do to a stranger or are they just so brave infront of their wifes.

It is wrong, immoral and unjustafiable. People are not property. Those that think such are oppressed narrow minded individuals with a sociopathic mentality upon thier fellow man. Regardless of law. Making someone do something against thier will is wrong on so many levels.

Your friend needs to read up on domestic abuse statistics. When you realize how many mean beat up their wives, it becomes a lot easier to believe that some men can rape their wives.

I agree with you that a man can rape his wife and even if they don't think that is rape, what about what he done to his daughter. That is one of the sickest crimes that I can think of. I don't know how a man can even think about such a thing.

What he did to his daughter is sick and no one is saying otherwise and the sad thing is that he did it more then 1 time so if he raped his daughter so many times we can only imagine what his wife had to deal with over the years

Once the other party sys no then it is definately rape whether it's at or mouse rape. A person should have the right to say no and be respected for it. What about the daughter, ian't her case abuse or is he allowed to do that too.

No has always meant NO! A husband can rape his wife. I cant stand men that think just becuase a piece of paper say's their married means he can do what he wants. I do NOT think so. My husband doesnt think that way. We joke about it but when it comes to the bed room no is no.

It is sad that people like this still exist to be honest both the once that do it and the once that think its ok.

The vow of marriage does not give precedence or the permission of taking what a person wants from the other without permission. No is no regardless of whether the person is married to the other or not. Rape is rape when the word no is involved.
