Follow up of Breaking News In NYC Re: Crane Collapse on the upper east side

Here's the updates: There's one (1) confirmed fatality [the crane operator]. There are two other construction workers critically injured & rushed to nearby hospital. A total of 160+ apartments on First Avenue & East 91st Street suffered some form of damage. The building at 354 E. 91st Street on First Ave. took the direct hit from the tumbling crane. Evacuated buildings are: 400 East 91st Street 401 East 91st Street 403 East 91st Street and 404 East 91st Street Also some bldgs. on First Ave. The hydraulic crane was inspected and was in compliance with all codes. of course there will still be further investigations. No tenants in the apartments was a casualty or suffered physical injury... emotional or what they may have witnessed because of it is a different story.
