Have you noticed a decrease in traffic, where you live?

I think it's the perfect time to be home and take care of the things you haven't done since you never had the time (like wash the curtains, sewing, cleaning windows, heck.. even cleaning the car!)
I think i'll set my kids out early today to help me wash the car from the inside out-- maybe i'll find some coins in there or some year old stale french fries lol

Everyone i know is decreasing the amount of time they spend on the road. We live out in the country so we combine trips to town to cover more than one thing when possible. Exp. pick groceries up on the way home from work. -- Two appointments instead of one. Two people sharing a ride to town instead of one. and if you forget it when you are in town you are out of luck because that is 45min. worth of gas both ways! Yep i think everybody is slowing down on unnecessary driving these days.

You know I think even if gas weren't high, that would be a good habbit for folks to be in.If people were frugal when times were not hard they would have so much more.
I think over consumption is responsible for some of the prices.
