I like to sleep on my back and on my side most of the time. Occasionally I would sleep on my stomach too. I don’t fix to any of these positions actually. I would like to have a change to any of these if I feel more comfortable to do so. I always find that when I wake up in the morning I am lying with my face up all the time.

I sleep on my back though sometime during the course of my sleep I do turn on my side too.I don't like sleeping on my stomach as I find it too uncomfortable though many people do sleep that way.I wonder how they do that and don't they feel as if they are putting pressure against their stomach and chest when they sleep that way.

I hardly ever sleep on one side mainly because my arms get tired. But most of the time I usally sleep on my stomach. But I also sleep on my side and when my arms get tired on one side then I would switch to the other side. One position I never sleep on is my back because that is the most uncomfortible position for me to sleep on.

I used to always sleep on my back but now a days it seems to suit me better to sleep on my side. I breathe well that way do not snore, or have no other issues while sleeping on my side. I can not sleep on my stomach because it doesn't feel comfortable to me.

I was always a side sleeper but I also have been sleeping more on my stomach over the last few years. I think it is because I injured my shoulder a while back and it now causes me pain to sleep on it.

I always used to sleep on my stomach with one arm curled up round my head, then I got pregnant and got a huge bump it was suddenly far too uncomfy as the safest way to sleep in pregnancy is on your side thats what I did and im used to it now. I suffer with sciatica sleeping on my stomach or back now a days would cause it to go again so its best I sleep on my side and i make myself do it

I usually sleep on side and back.
Sleep on stomach is not good to our health,
especially heart.
Our body weight + gravity force will causing pressure to our heart.
