I was reading the news today and saw in the frontpage Naomi's pic with her lawyer who happens to be from the same city I live. Anyway, if you were a lawyer how would you defend her misconduct?

I remember her scandalous act in the airport and it's like untoward for a supermodel to do that. Fine, she's a celebrity and she might have some really important things in her bag but attacking the police is not right either. She should have known better. Those police are not the ones at fault. She should have gone and complained in the management. Scratch where it itches. It's very obvious she was just wanting to draw attention, and she did!

She probably have something valuable in her bags. I bet if it happened to you you might want to scream at them too. When you are under stress you don't think right.

I think if you are her Lawyer you will do anything just to win the case, of course eventhough your client bend the laws as her attorney you will do everything to won the case. Money is at stake, big money. If am the lawyer, i will still do my job.(Talking about big money here.)

Well, I have just read in the paper today that all of us really wanted to do what Naomi did if it happened to us. It's just that she didn't care what people say. Out of frustraion she got mad and attacked them.

Well, the standard answer to that is 'everyone has the right to a defense counsel' and she should get the same right as everybody else. If lawyers were to accept clients only on the basis of a moral code then lawyering would not be a lucrative business at all. A rich client would be apt to offer more money especially if it is a controversial case with lots of evidence against them.

Ah, I stand corrected. Thank you for your answer. It answered even my unspoken question. ++
