The lovely female Malinois dog that came to our farm a few months ago. The owner did show up at 7 weeks of having this dog.
He was a first time dog owner and only called the spca twice. They do not keep records of every call as I believe they should then in the end more dogs would be reunited,
The owner was a very nice gentle person and the dog knew him instantly I could tell she was his. He still flipped her over and checked for scars to be sure and sure enough she was his. A happy ending for a lost dog that was found and returned to a good person.
He paid me for what I asked which was just the food. Plus her puppy crate which helped me with my own animals.

Thats very good of you
I am happy that the dog is reunited with its kind owner. Thanks to you
You too must have been a very kind person for taking care of an unowned dog very well. The dog must have been lucky to get nice treatment both when it was with its original owner as well as with you.
I too remember a similar situation when my dog was lost. But,thank God that it came into notice quite soon that we found the dog quite soon.
Cheers! Have a good day
Happy mylottting and happy earnings

It is always difficult to know what is the best thing to do when you find a lost animal especially if it is not wearing identification, people say it is best to take it to a shelter but then if he is not claimes he could be put down which I hate the thought of, I am glad your story has a happy ending..
