how to keep fit?

i think everyone wants a healthy body,but how to keep fit?do you have any useful advice?

Have your breakfast,sleep early,don't smoke,take lotsof fruits and vegetables,stay off oily stuff,drink lots of water,get enough rest,drink sensibly,exercise 3 times a day.I hope this helps!

I think the trick to staying fit is to do something everyday, to change habits and to think before doing something. The first will get us in to the habit of exercise on a daily basis (even if it is as something as simple as walking). The next will get us into good habits instead of bad ones (getting up during the commercials instead of sitting eaching cheetohs). And the last...think. Hmm. The lack of thinking about what we were doing got us out of shape to begin with!

They say for one to be healthy you have to eat, work and sleep right. The bed that you sleep in should be have good standard. The air that you are breathing is also another factor. The food that we eat should be have the eight food groups. Exercise should also be done. It can be walking, riding etc. Remember stress breaks down the fitness of your body so less stress at home or on the job.

I've been on this health kick for about the last 2 months and have lost almost 15 pounds.
What Ive done is I quit drinking sodas all together. I drink water, gatorade, milk, unsweetened tea.
I have Tae-bo DVDs that I do 3-4 times a week (depending on how much time I have) and I try to do sit ups and push ups along with the Tae-bo.
Every now and then I will rides bikes with my kids (and that alone wears me out!)

Humm,,i think the answer is already popular.
Yes that is exercise/sport.
Do your exercise at least 3 times a week.Running or walking is the simplest one you can do.
Second, eat healthy food.
Third, sleep well in atleast 8 hours a day. Your body need a rest.
