Who told you that more women WANT to die? That's crazy.
I am a woman and I know many, many women and NONE of us WANTS to die.

pardon me Miss if my discussion has offended you in any way... but it was not a judgment from me... it was only because of curiosity that I started this topic... if you would kindly read again... may I quote that I asked first if the subject was true... and I also specified that it was only a question somebody asked me that triggered my interest... I just wanted to know the answer and to be able to share it to the one who asked... again forgive me if I have offended you...

I think it's because women are too emotional. They let their emotions ruin their logic. When they have problems like divorce, they tend to swallow the problem whole so they choke on it and wants to die. It's just my opinion though.

yes women can be pretty emotional... it is also true that sometimes their emotions take over their logical thinking... but not every woman though...

Depression is a hard thing to live with, many have gone through divorces and are alone, some don't have enough income to live where at least they can pay their bills and not be broke all month, not seeing their family or kids that don't come around. Sickness, the whole world seems to be put upon the woman, sometimes it gets to be more than you can handle, dyin seems to be the easy way out for some. As for me I go through most of what I read, and I know that there are days that I just don't want to get up sometimes but I am a fighter, soem lose their only child and it seems they don't feel like there is a reason to live anymore. Women are not weak but sometimes it is just too much to handle.

Thank you for your enlightening words... you are right sometimes things just get way out of hand that people tend to just want to give up... but not everyone... there are still a lot of fighters... just like you... just like us...
