My favorites are snow pea pods, asparagus, and mushrooms. I love all kinds of veges. The only ones I know I don't like are brussell sprouts and I don't like cooked cauliflower.

"malunggay". it is called malunggay in the Philippines and i think "moringa" in english. it is a very nutritious vegetable. i've heard that a cup of cooked malunggay leaves is equal to four glasses of milk and four pieces of carrots. how about that! i think malunggay is really amazing!

Mine would have to be broccoli! I like carrots as well but I would choose broccoli over any vegetable.
