Do you have tendency to get lost or is it just me?

No matter how good the directions are, I always get lost and end up having to call someone. Went on a road trip and end up lost in Chicago for about two hours until we finally found the road we needed. Went an hour away and couldn't find the place is was looking for. I get made fun of because of my tendency to take the wrong exit or over shoot a drive way. The funny part is my best friend never gets lost, she just finds alternate routes that lead us right to were we need to be.
So is anyone else like me and always gets lost?
Oh and i do stop and ask for directions or buy a map.

I am horrible at all kinds of directions. When I go out with my one friend we always seem to get lost , or just go in one big circle . I rememeber when I bought my house I was not familiar with the area and I got lost , can ya believe that one , getting lost finding my house . The worse place to get lost at is dc , ahah can make ya crazy !

I did it again saturday. I didnt actually get lost just missed my exit and had to take the next exit to get turned around. I got on the road i need but was going in the wrong direction so i had to turn around again. It so wasnt my day. Then on the next day i locked my keys in my car.

Well, it depends on the situation, and where I am. I know there are a lot of times I have gotten lost, and had to Stop and ask directions just to make sure that I do not get any further lost, and never be able to get back where I need to go.
For me, I feel there is nothing wrong with stopping and asking for directions. Overall, you will be a lot better off if you do. (Especially if you are driving at today's gas prices.)

Oh man, I always get lost. I get lost so much, I build "lost" time into my travel time. When I get directions, I need a landmark that tells me when I have gone too far so I know I have to go back.
I get so lost that the other day when I missed a turn off a traffic circle, I didn't even consider that lost. It was just slightly off course.
I even get lost coming off the subway. When I come aboveground, I will inevitably turn the wrong way. If I think, "oh I always turn the wrong way, I should go the other way" I should stick with the original direction. The new way will be the wrong way.
It's just one of those things. I accept it as part of me. I compensate for it, then move on.

I tend to get lost when I'm driving in a new or unfamiliar place. If I have someone to navigate for me, I get lost less often, but that's only if they're good at helping me keep track of where we are and where we need to be.

I am so good with directions. Always have been. I am like a human navigation system! My husband on the other hand cannot find his way out of a box....He can go to the same place every week and still need directions...and if it is a place he has never been before he will need to call at least 3 or 4 times before he can find his way there! I guess some are just born with it and some will never have it.

I'm usually pretty good with directions. I only screw up when someone is driving and they start getting upset because I'm not sure where we are exactly. It gets me upset and nervous and I can't concentrate where we are. People generally don't care about that either. They just kind of give me an attitude and I just say fine, you find out where you're going then. Then they finally calm down and let me get my bearings. This is definitely why I want a GPS. It would make things so much easier.

I get lost very often but it doesn't bother me. My friends make fun of me too, but I know they're just kidding, so I am not offended.
