Ok firstly even non shedding dogs can cause allergies as many people are actually allergic to the saliva not the dander or hair. But non shedding dogs, poodles lowchens, bichons bedlingtons maltese shih tzus lhasa apso, schnauzers on the whole dont shed much if at all, avoid the crossbreeds people keep breeding many shed like crazy.

i think its just normal if a dog sheds but not that much my pitbull terrier always shed but not that many as a shitzu or other furry dogs if you want a dog thats not shedding buy a sharpei hehe

Maltese dogs are very adorable and do not shed at all. They also have no dander and are called "hypoallergenic"; they don't set off allergies. I have two of them and they are the loves of my life. They are so affectionate, love being held and cuddled, and are always so glad to see you come home after being away, even if it was only 2 minutes. I love my Maltese. Hope this helps.
