Advertisements on myLot...

It has been said that people mind advertising a lot less when it is relevant to their wants, needs and interests... It seems like myLot does a pretty good job of making sure that its advertisements are related to our interests... At least the ones that are interspersed throughout the site are.... I will not say as much about the annoying banners which are so loud that they cause my startle reflex to go into full gear and me to jump up off my seat like a large jack in the box. What do you think about the advertising on myLot... Do you find that most of it is relevant to your interests or to the discussions being posted? Do you like it being more tailored to you than it is at some other sites? Does having the banner advertisements with sound act as a turn off to you like it does me... making you not want to see more information about the product or to use their products?
