Hi there welcome to mylot. well that number indicates how many credited post you have made. if you start a discussion with sense and you reply to others with good response it will appear there that it is increasing.

If you watch a little bit more closely every time you make a post the number changes. This is your counter, so to speak, of the number of posts that you have made. Sometimes it goes down as some posts get deleted.
