what do u think who could be the most famous person on earth? is it mohammad ali, george bush, charlie chaplin,maradona,einstein,michel jackson.......
what's ur opinion? i think it must be charlie chaplin!

That is a really tough question. The term famous would initially hit me as being a celebrity because, let's face it, in today's society, looks and appearance makes almost anyone turn their heads. Paris Hilton would be my bet, some may not know her for her name, but they sure will by her looks(^^,).

Not everyone could all those names on your list. Some may not know Einstein or Charlie Chaplain or others. Some may not even know Paris but still, i just gave a name as to make a point that celebrities are the ones who are most famous in today's time. Maybe what you meant was who was the most admired person in the world. That would be einstein for me, but then again, not everyone can know him(^^,)

You know..I had a few people to consider. In the end..I think Lucille Ball is probably known more than any other person. Her shows play still in re-runs all over the world and she seems to be loved by all.
I know that Jesus was supposedly known..as was bhudda and the Dlai Lama, etc..but I think still..Lucille Ball form the "I Love Lucy" Show.

I see what your saying, a lot of these people are saying people who are famous in their own part of the world and discounting the rest of the world. But I think that wherever in the world you live you would at least Know the name of the President of the biggest superpower in the world and the architect of this pointless war. There are lots of children who don't know history, or don't have television, but the war is news all over the world. Word of mouth news.

if you believe that jesus existed then i would think he would be the most famous person since he is every where.. i cant think of many that have never been exposed to a religion or knew some one that believe in a religion or something that wouldnt have him on it or involved.. im not religious but i still think he would be it.. other wise i would think.. einstein

Hi! The most famous person in the world always change along the years. In the 90's nobady was most famous than Michael Jackson or Madonna!
But the most famous person in all the times... Hm, I don't know, maybe Jesus Christ.
