Heavy
Always this heavy
And as I crawl through
Slipping along the cracks
Drowning into heavy
Heavy is the heart
Heavy burdens the soul
Restless the conscious
Between the lines
Heavy this life
Always heavy this weight on my shoulder
Beyond the hereafter
Here below still water
Dark this path unfolds before me
Heavy the day scorns me
Heavy every step in led feet
Heavy these lies sting my tongue
Waiting for conviction
Lost through the slipstream
Heavy
Always heavy

I wrote this when I started having problems with anxiety and the effect it had on my body. To be more specific GAD (Generalized Anxiety Disorder) which would keep me up at night pacing the kitchen floor and I break down for no reason.
It took me to the brink of exhaustion and this is when I sat down and wrote Heavy.

I don't know if you still have this problem, but i if you do i would like to suggest a... simple thing to try, maybe the solution, maybe not, but it can't hurt to try because it is free, and it can be done anytime - so here goes:
Sit on your bad, close your eyes, and... imagine a pink bubble. After that imagine that your anxiety is trapped in the bubble and that it is slowly rising up - you may want to try this a few times, and most important concentrate and actually try to believe in what you are trying. Like i said, it can't hurt, and it is a psychological tactic that you can use with no worries of getting hurt.
Hope for the best, take care !
