I didn't get much sleep last night.Sometimes I just feel too restless.Today, my morning coffee just didn't do the trick.I was thinking maybe try a red bull and then I rememebr hearing about the five hour energy shot. Im not one who usually will drink these often.I will be know if I am on the road and maybe sometimes in the summer when I hike or something.I just read the write up and I think maybe I will try it.
5-Hour Energy is a 2-ounce energy drink that provides hours of energy, alertness and focus with no crash* and no jitters. It contains a healthy, powerful blend of B-vitamins and amino acids. There’s zero sugar, zero net carbs and only four calories. It contains about as much caffeine as a cup of coffee.
What will 5-Hour Energy do for me?
Imagine what you could do with more energy. You could be alert and productive in the morning. You could be wide awake after lunch instead of groggy. You could have plenty of energy for working out or going out. You’ll definitely see less of your couch. Then again, you won’t miss it. You’ll be too busy doing the things you really want to do.
What are the best times to take 5-Hour Energy?
The answer really depends on your lifestyle, but here are a few ideas that apply to most people:Morning: Not a morning person? Let 5-Hour Energy help you get your act together. One drink will keep you going strong all morning long.
After Lunch: Research shows that over 70 percent of us hit the wall after lunch. Now you can get over that wall with 5-Hour Energy. One quick drink can help you leave grogginess behind and sail through your day.
Before Workouts: Looking for motivation to work out? Drink a 5-Hour Energy. Sitting on your couch will be the last thing you want to do. Looking for a more focused workout? Try 5-Hour Energy. Its blend of B-vitamins and amino acids will keep your concentration at its peak.
After Workouts: Morning workouts can leave you feeling drained at work. Use 5-Hour Energy to help you regain the energy, focus and concentration to get through your day.
Sports: The difference between winning and losing is largely mental. 5-Hour Energy can help you keep your head in the game from start to stop.
Travel: Do you drive for a living? Do you travel on business frequently? Then you know how exhausting it can be. 5-Hour Energy can help you overcome travel fatigue and keep you alert behind the wheel.
Weekend/Vacation: Action-packed weekends and vacations require a lot of energy. Whether you’re painting the house, hiking in the mountains or playing on the beach, 5-Hour Energy will provide all the extra energy you need.
What’s in 5-Hour Energy?
5-Hour Energy contains a blend of ingredients unique to energy drinks – B-vitamins for energy, amino acids for focus and better mood. The unique part is what's NOT in a 5-Hour Energy shot. There’s zero sugar, zero net carbs and zero herbal stimulants. It contains only as much caffeine as a cup of coffee, and just eight calories.

Your write-up about this energy drink is really informative
and enticing. But I don't think I would buy to it.
I am not really a fan of energy drinks after I have heard that
if we take too much energy drink we will be destroying our
liver.
But I have drunk energy drinks. It's during my review for the
CPA board exam. Of course I need a lot of energy to stay up
late in the night to keep on studying. But after some time,
I just don't drink it anymore. Sometimes it doesn't work for
me. But I think what really matters is my eagerness to study
at that time that is why I survive even without energy drinks.
Have a nice day!
