How old is your Black Lab?

I have one black lab name Beauty and she is 14 1/2 years old.
We got her from the local dog shelter when she was only 8 weeks old...seems like yesterday.
She has been the most PERFECT dog I've ever had. She is extremely smart and very, very loyal.
I know she cannot live forever, but I am cherishing each day I do have with her.

I don't actually have a black lab Tiedyemom, but everyone I have ever seen has been very, very smart and a wonderful pet/companion. I honestly haven't heard anything bad at all about them either. Sounds like yours is a wonderful part of your family. I do have a bulldog that I feel the same way about, though I admit that she isn't as smart as your Lab I am sure. She is our Super Model though...LOL.

A supermodel? Is she photogenic?
I have 4 dogs, one being a black lab and honestly, she is the smartest dog I've ever met!
