Television is switch on.....on....and it goes on..!!!

Do you??? Do you always have the habit to let your TV switch on though you are not watching it?...Why do you leave it on if you are not watching?

I don't watch much tv, but tend to leave the tv on just for the background noise.

Yes ... so you are one of them wanting only the noise but y the tv..you could use your cd player or radio.

I don't have a radio or cd player, and my computer has no speakers, so the tv is my only option for background noise.

yes, i leave it on all the time.. around 18 hours in 24 hours.. it is only off when im in uni,, or when im asleep.. i like watching tv while sitting online and few hours i like also listening to the radio.. as welll as studying.. and now like this job thats a free job but its a job.. so YEAH IM MULTIPLE TASKS lol

Wow..sure u can mutli tasks..your mind is receptive to sound so well that i was wondering what happens when theres a day where you are alone with no noise. Would u be able to take it(silence)?

I don't have this habit as I am more conscious of saving on electricity.

i dont have this habit of switching the tv on.... but if there are people around me and they are watching the tv i tend to leave it on .....
