Do any of you have a sibling who believe the world owes them?

My sister, who is two years older than me, is never at fault for anything in her life. Well that's what she believes, anyway. She takes no personal responsiblity. I don't think she gets it either that she is the one who has to make her life better. My grandfather is ill and all she sees is dollar signs when he eventually passes away. Anybody with a similar experience?
