who does have illusion on dirty toilets?

i always have an illusion that i would stuck my legs in the toilet bowl. i would imagine dirty things in when bathing in the toilets like on my hands and legs.
i am ashamed of myself when i go out. i feel i am dirty.

The illusion is telling you what uare feeing inside about about yourself. You are bathing in filth and is dirty but in reality you are not. Something has happened to you to make you feel this way. Please talk to someone about what's bothering you.
