help mylotters, as some of you may know I suffer from stage 2 hypertension. I checked your page out, it is very interesting, I am a great believer in Apple Cider Vinegar as it was the only thing that worked for my migraine headaches, it is good for so many things, and I have just started adding garlic to my cooking anyway I have taken a copy of your findinga so I thank you.
